We’re your local logistics experts. Let us help.

We know where to look.

Location Scouting

Tell us what you need and we’ll find it. We’ve worked, explored and pinpointed thousands of locations across the islands, and we’re happy to share our library to help you find the right one.

02

Crew

One fixer or a full crew — professionals with international experience from Europe, the US and the Caribbean, who know the logistics of the region inside out. If there’s someone particular you’d like to work with, we’ll contact and negotiate on your behalf.

03

Casting

The Caribbean’s African, Indian, Chinese, Arab, French, English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese roots mean almost any look is here. For principal cast there are professional actors and performers on the larger islands, and we can arrange castings in Miami, London and beyond — then handle buy-outs, travel and accommodation.

Art Department

We’ve built a raft to carry Luciano Pavarotti, a grand piano and two full-size mermaids; a 70ft jetty for Malibu; a prison set in two days; and an entire town market — built and then destroyed — for a Fatboy Slim video. Set building and props, however challenging.

We’ll source the rest.
05

Equipment

Long-standing relationships with leading Miami rental houses mean your camera, lighting and grip needs can be met on the ground — without you having to fly it all in.

Freight & Shipping

We work with a Miami shipping company that specialises in film equipment, with a worldwide network. Between the islands, the local shipping trade — still ploughing through the Caribbean with bananas and rum — moves kit safely too.

07

Customs & Immigration

Most islands rely on high import duties, but we can bring your equipment in and out duty-free. Send us kit lists with serial numbers, values and country of origin at least a week before shipping. Work permits vary by island and length of stay — we’ll guide you through the rules.

Transport

Unit vehicles, talent cars, trucks, boats and the occasional light aircraft — moving crew, cast and kit wherever the shoot needs to go.

Accommodation

From exclusive boutique hotels to large resorts, simple guest houses, villas and yachts. We know the places that can handle big crews, production offices and storage — and we negotiate rates that keep you within budget.

Catering

Quality fresh produce and a variety of dishes to suit your budget — even in some pretty off-beat locations. Dietary needs catered for, and everyone kept well fed on the job.

Budget Management

We budget in US dollars and can set up accounts in your name to draw on locally, coordinate wire transfers, and smooth out the complications of managing a budget and expenses abroad.

Weather

Each island has its own micro-climate. Expect around eleven hours of good daylight, easterly trade winds at about 12 knots, and 85°F days. The wet season officially runs June to October — we’ll help you plan around it.
